Health Insurance
Participants are advised to take out adequate travel and health insurance before leaving their respective countries. The organizer has no insurance coverage for the participants and will not be responsible for any accident that may occur during the conference.
Electricity
The standard electricity supply is 220 volts (50 cycles). Participants are advised to bring their own adaptors.
Currency
The euro is the official currency in France. There is currency exchange center throughout the downtown area. Most stores and restaurants accept Visa and MasterCard and some accept American Express.
Climate
The Conference will be held in spring. Normal temperatures in Le Havre in June vary between 12°C and 18°C. The temperature in the morning and at night may be lower than daytime temperatures.
